Sanjay’s work is simple ~ to help you come into deeper contact with your truth, and hence your true self.  He is trained as a Radical Aliveness, Bioenergetics and Core Energetics Practitioner and has been in private practice working with individuals and groups since 2016.  Along with his passion of working with the body, he holds a wide lens where systemic complexity can be seen, honored and re-membered.
