From the Body to the Heart
Over 2.5 days, you are invited to step into a powerful process of self-exploration and transformation, guided by two Core Energetics practitioners, Nuno Salema and Hella Zouiten.
This workshop experience is an invitation to explore directly: to notice how personality structures and defense mechanisms show up in you, and to reconnect with the core qualities and resources that are already alive within you. Nuno brings extensive experience from his practice and teaching of Core Energetics across Europe, integrating influences from NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and other relational approaches. Hella, a Core Energetics therapist based in Nice, combines her body-oriented psychotherapy practice with a grounded psychoanalytic understanding.
