DIRK MARIVOET, MSc. is the founder and director of the Int’l Institute for Bodymind Integration in Ghent (B). Developer of Core Strokes™ –  a deep embodiment-method he teaches worldwide. He was formerly adjunct faculty Psychomotor Therapy at the University of Leuven (1984-1994). In exploring the mythic realms, he became a Bard and an Ovate in the Druid tradition, a sweatlodge apprentice in the Lakota Tradition, and a certified Firewalk instructor. Core Energetics he studied under John C. Pierrakos, MD and graduated in 1999 (teacher and supervisor since 2008); Bodymind Integration (Postural, Energetic and Pelvic-Heart Integration) he trained under Jack W. Painter, PhD. in the 80s and 90s (Certified trainer and supervisor since 1999). Dirk teaches from a place of compassion, connection, aliveness, wisdom and knowledge in its broadest sense.
