Join us for a powerful three-day journey.
Through individual and group exercises, movement, emotional exploration, and connection with others, you’ll explore your patterns, acknowledge what is there, and reconnect with you.
During these three days you will explore:
- Where and how you lose connection with who you really are
- The survival strategies that once protected you as a child, but may now limit your freedom, relationships, and pleasure
- How these patterns still influence your emotions, body, choices, and sense of identity
- The wisdom and intelligence of your body as a pathway back to yourself
- How to embody more authenticity, vulnerability, joy, and vitality in every day life.

Corinne van den Bergh
Corinne holds a body-oriented psychotherapy practice in Amsterdam for over 12 years and has completed a wide range of professional training (Core Energetics, School of Life, NARM, EMDR, Somatic Trauma therapy)
Corinne finds deep fulfillment in helping her clients expand their awareness and cultivate greater self-love and compassion.
Achiel van Tienen
Achiel has a Core energetics practice for over 26 years in Arnhem. After a 25 year career in health care, he now loves to work including the body and energy. He is trained in many different areas of Core energetics.
Supporting people to make contact with their unique potential – and to enjoy it. This is his greatest passion.
