There are many ways to discover Core Energetics. The most immersive is a NICE WEEKEND WORKSHOP, held during one of our school’s modules. It’s a unique opportunity to experience the work firsthand and connect with our vibrant community in every dimension.
You can also join a Free Friday Night, an easy and accessible way to get to know our approach. In addition, there are several process oriented workshops on specific themes, fully focused on your personal growth.

All of the workshops listed below, except the Masterclasses, are open to everyone. You will meet both students from our training programs and participants with no prior experience. The masterclasses are reserved specifically for graduates.
Most workshops and courses are in English. In case the workshop is in another language, this is mentioned in the text. Free Friday Nights are held in Dutch when all participants are Dutch; otherwise, translation between Dutch and English will be provided.

Free Friday Night
Curious about Core Energetics? You’re warmly welcome at our Free Friday Night to get to know us—free entrance, with a unique theme each evening, guided by a NICE teacher together with a student, and held in English or Dutch depending on the group.
One-Day Workshop: The other side of me (De andere kant van mij)
In English and Dutch. This workshop is very suitable as a first introduction to Core Energetics and to NICE. In this workshop, we invite you to explore how you usually present yourself to others, and also to discover the parts of yourself that you may not easily show, but do feel. (Nederlands: Deze workshop is heel geschikt als eerste kennismaking met Core Energetica en met NICE. In deze workshop nodigen we je uit om te onderzoeken hoe je jezelf normaliter laat zien aan anderen, en om ook te onderzoeken welke kant van jezelf je doorgaans niet zo makkelijk laat zien, maar wel voelt.)

The Missing Link
A healing weekend workshop around early loss in life. Do you recognize some deep sense of emptiness, or a sense of something missing? You may carry the imprint of an early twin loss (vanishing twin syndrome)—felt in body and connection, even without memory. Join this workshop to learn more, gently explore and understand this early imprint, supporting its healing. (This workshop is not organized by NICE and is offered independently.)
NICE WEEKEND WORKSHOP – Brotherhood: Sharing our Vulnerability and Celebrating our Power
A weekend for men who want to stand in their strength without losing their openness or heart. A space to drop the armor and share vulnerability, to celebrate power, and to feel fully alive in your body. A beautiful opportunity to immerse yourself in the power of Core Energetics and experience the unique atmosphere of the school. Led by Klaus Stinshoff and Bouke Broeren.
Body & Voice | A Journey Inwards and Outwards
Curious to experience the atmosphere in our school? This is the perfect opportunity.
Join us for a nourishing half-day of body-based exploration and vocal expression. Here, voice liberation and Core Energetics come together in a safe space to sense, feel, and give voice. An afternoon of depth, lightness, and real encounter. Led by Evelien Bus and Anna Fernhout.
Masterclass with Erena Bramos: Group works!
Group works! A training workshop with Erena Bramos assisted by Ala Konopko. This training weekend is designed specifically for therapists who are interested in deepening their understanding of what makes group the magnificent healing modality it is meant to be. Participants will be invited to, conceptually and experientially, understand and become comfortable allowing the power of the group to aid in the process of transformation.
Summer Workshop | Love Eros Sexuality
Take advantage of this rare opportunity to work with Anna Timmermans and Mike Howell, presenting a workshop that was originated by John Pierrakos. In this workshop you will work with different exercises and experiences to become more alive and move towards a greater surrendering to our life force.
