There are many ways to discover Core Energetics. The most immersive is a NICE WEEKEND WORKSHOP, held during one of our school’s modules. It’s a unique opportunity to experience the work firsthand and connect with our vibrant community in every dimension.
You can also join a Free Friday Night, an easy and accessible way to get to know our approach. In addition, there are several process oriented workshops on specific themes, fully focused on your personal growth.

All of the workshops listed below, except the Masterclasses, are open to everyone. You will meet both students from our training programs and participants with no prior experience. The masterclasses are reserved specifically for graduates.
Most workshops and courses are in English. In case the workshop is in another language, this is mentioned in the text. Free Friday Nights are held in Dutch when all participants are Dutch; otherwise, translation between Dutch and English will be provided.

Postgraduate Masterclass | Sexuality, the Power of Life Force
In Core Energetics, we view sexuality as much more than just physical intimacy. It’s the purest form of life energy – the force that fuels vitality in our body, drives human connection, and enables the continuation of life. This masterclass is an invitation to explore your own relationship with sexuality, to uncover and challenge limiting beliefs and images, to reconnect with your sexual energy and let it flow freely and to expand your ability to hold space for your clients’ sexuality – ethically, safely, and with vitality. A welcoming weekend to reconnect with your body, your feelings, and to what is alive in you.
Through breathwork, movement, and gentle experiential exercises, you are invited to slow down, listen inwardly, and experience Core Energetics—no prior experience needed.
Allowing the Flow | Relating From Your Authentic Self
A weekend invitation to reconnect with your life energy and relate from your authentic self. Guided by Evelien and Nuno, this body-oriented Core Energetics workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore patterns that block your natural flow and to rediscover vitality and connection.
Pain & Pleasure Workshop
Join us from March 06th to 08th in Belgrade, Serbia, for an enriching 2 ½ day workshop dedicated to exploring dynamics of intimacy and explore how the opposite forces of Pain and Pleasure interact and influence the dynamics in various relationship contexts. This is an experiential workshop, facilitated by Daniela Zambrana and Gyasi Bramos Hantman, designed to guide you towards profound self-discovery and personal growth.

A weekend exploring how to stay true to yourself while remaining in connection with others.
Through body-based work and Core Energetics, you’ll explore authenticity, closeness, and freedom—while experiencing the supportive atmosphere of the NICE community.
Postgraduate Masterclass | Surrendering to the Flow of Pleasure
This 4-day masterclass invites participants to explore pleasure as the natural language of life, and as an embodied state of connection, coherence, and surrender. Rooted in the Core Energetics approach and inspired by the Pathwork teachings, this work integrates body, emotion, and spirit through movement, grounding, and presence.

A weekend for men who want to stand in their strength without losing their openness or heart. A space to drop the armor and share vulnerability, to celebrate power, and to feel fully alive in your body.
Masterclass with Erena Bramos: Group works!
Group works! A training workshop with Erena Bramos assisted by Ala Konopko. This training weekend is designed specifically for therapists who are interested in deepening their understanding of what makes group the magnificent healing modality it is meant to be. Participants will be invited to, conceptually and experientially, understand and become comfortable allowing the power of the group to aid in the process of transformation.
Anatomy of Love workshop
A lively, experience-oriented space for in-depth exploration of relationships, attachment patterns and inner maturity A safe place where relationship dynamics can be examined with mindfulness and where the beauty, potential and vitality of love also find their place.
