WELCOME!
There are many ways to discover Core Energetics. The most immersive is a NICE WEEKEND WORKSHOP, held during one of our school’s modules. It’s a unique opportunity to experience the work firsthand and connect with our vibrant community in every dimension.
You can also join a Free Friday Night, an easy and accessible way to get to know our approach. In addition, there are several process oriented workshops on specific themes, fully focused on your personal growth.
The easiest accessible is an online workshop, so you can get a first sense of the work and feel what is does to you.
You are warmly welcome and we are looking forward to seeing you.
All of the workshops listed below, except the Masterclasses, are open to everyone. You will meet both students from our training programs and participants with no prior experience. The masterclasses are reserved specifically for graduates.
Most workshops and courses are in English. In case the workshop is in another language, this is mentioned in the text. Free Friday Nights are held in Dutch when all participants are Dutch; otherwise, translation between Dutch and English will be provided.
This list includes workshops and activities organized by NICE, as well as workshops, groups, and events facilitated by Core Energetics therapists. Workshops provided by NICE are marked with the NICE logo.
For therapists: Offering Online Core Therapy

Let’s regulate & let’s get alive!
Join us for an experiential, accessible workshop exploring the connection between the nervous system and character defenses, and how working with both can help us feel fully alive.
The workshop is open to everyone—no previous experience needed.

It stops with me
Join Evelien and Nuno for an experiential workshop exploring wounds that did not begin with you, but were passed down through your family or carried within the wider collective. Together, we will create space to meet, process and heal what has been carried across generations. Open for everyone. (This workshop is not organized by NICE and is offered independently.)
