There are many ways to discover Core Energetics. The most immersive is a NICE WEEKEND WORKSHOP, held during one of our school’s modules. It’s a unique opportunity to experience the work firsthand and connect with our vibrant community in every dimension.
You can also join a Free Friday Night, an easy and accessible way to get to know our approach. In addition, there are several process oriented workshops on specific themes, fully focused on your personal growth.
The easiest accessible is an online workshop, so you can get a first sense of the work and feel what is does to you.
You are warmly welcome and we are looking forward to seeing you.
All of the workshops listed below, except the Masterclasses, are open to everyone. You will meet both students from our training programs and participants with no prior experience. The masterclasses are reserved specifically for graduates.
Most workshops and courses are in English. In case the workshop is in another language, this is mentioned in the text. Free Friday Nights are held in Dutch when all participants are Dutch; otherwise, translation between Dutch and English will be provided.

Coming Home to the Body: An Online Experiential Introduction to Core Energetics
Are you curious about how the body can become a doorway to greater vitality, clarity and connection? In this introductory evening, you will be guided into a direct experience of Core Energetics through grounding, breath, movement, awareness and emotional presence. From 15:00 till 16:30, followed by an optional Q&A about the training opportunities.

Breathing and the Autonomic Nervous System
In this accessible, experiential one-day workshop, you’ll explore the connection between your breath, your autonomic nervous system and your emotions.
The workshop is open to everyone—no previous experience needed.

Resonant bodies
What becomes possible when we truly resonate with ourselves and one another? Join Evelien and Nuno for an experiential workshop where body, nervous system, and authentic connection open the door to greater aliveness, creativity, and transformation. Open for everyone. (This workshop is not organized by NICE and is offered independently.)
Offering Online Core Therapy
Join us for a 12-hour Training on Online Body Psychotherapy, exploring how to bring the depth and embodied work of Core Energetics into the online space. Through live classes, peer practice and supervision, you will develop practical ways to work with the body, energy, emotions and therapeutic relationship through the screen. For graduates (counting as a Masterclass) and for our 4th year students.
Anatomy of Love workshop
A lively, experience-oriented space for in-depth exploration of relationships, attachment patterns and inner maturity A safe place where relationship dynamics can be examined with mindfulness and where the beauty, potential and vitality of love also find their place. (This workshop is not organized by NICE and is offered independently.)

Safety, Connection and Aliveness: A Polyvagal Approach to Nervous System Regulation
In this accessible, experiential one-day workshop, you’ll learn more about your nervous system and how to regulate it towards more aliveness.

Masterclass by Ivan Sebastiani
Join us for a Masterclass with Ivan Sebastiani on the roadmap of a Core Energetics session and therapeutic process, including live group supervision. The masterclass will take place during one of our community modules—more information will follow soon!
