Pleasure – The Full Pulsation of Life
Inspired by Pathwork Lecture 177, this session will explore:
• Fear of pleasure
• Pleasure is not about intensity or peak experiences
• Pleasure regulates and integrates the organism
• Pleasure is essential in our clinical work
• Saying yes to integrated pleasure
This is not about sexuality.
It is not about indulgence.
It is about understanding pleasure as the living pulsation of Life.
The class will be 50% exploration, 50% experience.

About the masterclass
This 4-day masterclass invites participants to explore pleasure as the natural language of life, and as an embodied state of connection, coherence, and surrender. Rooted in the Core Energetics approach and inspired by the Pathwork teachings, this work integrates body, emotion, and spirit through movement, grounding, and presence. It also grows from Fernando’s innovative research on the Intelligences and the Flow of Life, and from his ongoing study on pleasure as a path of healing and self-realization. Pleasure is approached as a force that unites love, wisdom, and power, a pathway toward deeper surrender to the flow of life.
The masterclass is designed for therapists and graduates of Core Energetics who wish to improve their therapeutic skills and expand their capacity to feel, express, and sustain aliveness, pleasure and surrender while remaining grounded with an open heart and connected to the Sacred.
Inspiration
The proposal grows from the book Surrendering to the Flow of Life and from Fernando’s long-standing research (The Pleasure Lab) on pleasure as a path of healing and self-realization. It also draws from the online program “Pleasure as a Path”, co-created with Elisa Alves (Psy, PhD), which explores the energetic, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of pleasure through lived experience.
In this masterclass, we deepen that path through embodied exploration and group field work, where surrender becomes not an idea, but an experience that breathes through the body and the soul.
Core Intention
To guide participants from control toward surrender, from resistance and fragmentation toward trust, coherence, and the openness to Life. Through movement, breath, voice, expression, and relational exercises, participants will rediscover pleasure as a creative and regulating force, capable of softening defenses, transforming the lower self, restoring pulsation, and awakening presence.

About the Facilitator
FERNANDO AGUIAR: Master in Clinical Psychologist, Core Energetics teacher and supervisor, TRE level 2, author of Surrendering to the Flow of Life. He teaches internationally in Brazil and the Netherlands, integrating psychology, bodywork, and spiritual development through the path of pleasure, love, and embodiment.
