A weekend for men who want to feel strong without shutting down their hearts. A space to be real with other men.

Many of us are used to holding it all together, pushing through, or fixing things for others. This weekend is an invitation to pause that pattern, receive support, and see what happens when you stop doing what you always do. Whatever comes up, we meet it together. Speaking honestly and being met by other men creates something simple and rare: real brotherhood.

This is not about becoming someone else, but on really enjoying being yourself: grounded, clear, and alive.

This workshop takes place at the Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics. It’s both a training institute and a living community of people engaged in personal work, just like you.

All bodies & ages, all forces & feelings, all boundaries are welcome.

The weekend includes practical work around the following themes:

• Body-based work so your emotions can move more freely
• Setting boundaries and finding direction, helping you feel when to reach out and when to stay on your ground
• Direct connection with other men, being seen, supported, challenged without performance
• Speaking and listening without polishing or performing

You don’t need any prior experience with Core Energetics, and it’s not limited to professionals. Men (and women) from all walks of life come to this community to grow, explore, and meet themselves more honestly.

About the Trainers

Klaus Stinshoff, MD

With decades of experience spanning surgery and psychotherapy, Klaus brings depth to his work with men, helping them meet all parts of themselves – including the shadow, with honesty and compassion. He is offering a space where men can lower their defenses, meet old patterns and expand their capacity to choose differently.

Bouke Broeren

I do this work because I’m deeply in love with that moment when things become honest
and the wisdom of the body starts to move. I bring a grounded, direct presence and a
willingness to go into depth – a space where you can show up fully, without needing to
perform.
