Dear Core world, dear all,

Why a Convention? To connect. To deepen the connection with yourself and to strengthen our community.

We live in times where untruths can circulate easily and remain unchallenged, and where artificial intelligence can generate convincing virtual realities that blur the line between what is real and what is fabricated. In this landscape, the depth and potential of Core Energetics become especially meaningful.

Core Energetics invites us to experience and feel authenticity and truthfulness from the inside out. This means sensing what is real in our own bodies, listening to our feelings, understanding them, and aligning with our life energy and life task.

Being aligned within ourselves does not exclude pain, hardness, or confusion. These, too, are part of what is real. Truthfulness lies in our willingness to feel them, to stay with them, and to take responsibility for what we discover there. To navigate between pleasure and pain, we need others to mirror us, to hear us, to see us, and to truly meet us. This is the community dimension that lives at the heart of Core Energetics, and it is what we wish to nourish and strengthen through this Convention.

The dialectical relationship between the individual and the interpersonal is captured in the subtitle of the Convention: Aligned within, aligned with each other.

A wide range of workshops, lectures, and panels will lay the groundwok for you to experience a vibrant and transformative experience. We want to create a space where movement and stillness alternate naturally, where we will meet eachother in real ways, share what is alive, and listen deeply, supported by the work and with the input from teachers and therapists from all over the world.
