UNLOCK THE POWER OF CREATIVITY, International Core Energetics Workshop with Ala Konopko-Ulanecki

Creativity is not just a skill — it is an innate, vital force that lives within each of us. It is the expression of our life energy, our essence, and our capacity to bring something new, true, and meaningful into the world. Yet for many of us, this force is constrained by fear, self-judgment, unprocessed emotions, limiting beliefs, or a history of trauma and adaptation.

In this powerful experiential workshop based on the principles of Core Energetics, we invite you to reclaim the natural flow of your creative energy by addressing the areas in your life where this flow is blocked: in the body, the emotional system, and the mind.

Through this journey, you will:

• Explore how and where the creative force is blocked in your body — in the muscular armoring, restricted breath, frozen impulses or habitual postures that hold back expression.
• Identify the emotional defenses that limit aliveness — such as shame, fear of failure or exposure, inner criticism, or repression of anger, desire, and joy.
• Examine the limiting internal believes and images that suppress your natural spontaneity — stories like “I’m not good enough,” “What I create doesn’t matter,” or “If I shine, I will be punished,” “I can’t charge money for what I offer,” etc.
• Learn to contact and express your Lower Self impulses in a safe, contained way — freeing the life force trapped in destructive patterns and restoring it to serve your creative soul.
• Open the channel to your Higher Self — the inner source of wisdom, inspiration, beauty, and purpose that longs to manifest uniquely through you.

This workshop is for you if you:

• Feel creatively blocked or stuck, whether in art, work, love, or life direction
• Want to deepen your connection to your inner vitality and sense of purpose
• Are ready to confront and transform inner resistance, fear, or shame
• Are curious about using your body as a gateway to emotional and creative freedom
• Have experience with Core Energetics or are new to it and open to embodied self-exploration

Workshop methods include:

• Core Energetics bodywork to activate and release blocked energy in the physical system
• Emotional expression work to transform repression into power and movement
• Breathwork and grounding to reconnect to your energetic flow
• Creative exercises (sound, movement, drawing, writing, spontaneous action) to reawaken the playful and generative parts of the self
• Group process and sharing to amplify insight, connection, and resonance

About the Facilitators:

Ala Konopko-Ulanecki is the founder and director of Institute of Core Energetics Poland. With over 25 years of experience working with individuals and groups, her mission is to share the tools of body-oriented psychotherapy with the next generation of practitioners. She teaches internationally, including at Institutes of Core Energetics in Poland, the Netherlands, and Greece. Ala comes to Prague at the invitation of Hana Hniličková, who will be assisting during the workshop.

Hana Hniličková (assistant) is based in Prague, where she runs a therapeutic practice under the name CORE Therapy. She is trained at Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics, and works for the Institute of Core Energetics Greece as an assistant. She integrates her work with a deep commitment to personal and societal transformation. Hana loves sharing the joy of movement and the satisfaction of discovering one’s true self with others.

Times: Fri.: 17-20, Sat.:10-13, 15 – 18:30 , Sun. 9-12, 13:30 – 16:30

The workshop is non-residential, lunch breaks will be given, allowing participants to take advantage of the dining in the venue in cosy café (upon request) or explore local dining options or bring their own lunch.  Budget accommodation in Prague will be offered at Slunná 27, Therapy centre (half an hour with public transport from the venue, good connection from Václav Havel airport Prague). Staying overnight in the venue is also possible, upon request.
